On Thursday, the CCDA held a groundbreaking ceremony for King’s Way Senior Housing in Valley.
“This project has been a long time coming, and we are thrilled to share it with the community. We want to express our sincere gratitude to the City of Valley, Alabama, The Bennett Group, and Holland + Seals for their tireless efforts on this project. It has been a labor of love and team effort to get where we are today”, said the CCDA
King’s Way Senior Housing will be located at the corner of King Road and 55th Street off of Fob James Drive in Valley.
