October 17, 2025, Valley Police Officers responded to the 6500 block of 64th Boulevard in reference to shots being fired in the area. Upon their arrival Officers located a male suffering from possible gun shot wounds. Officers rendered aid on scene before he was transported to a medical facility.
After investigation of the scene and nearby areas, officers were able to collect evidence and make two arrests in connection with the event. Damien Antwon Goodwin and Brooke Cheyenne Wood were arrested and charged with attempted murder.
