April 14, 1972 ~ October 1, 2025 (age 53)
Kathryn Anne Holley, a beacon of love and faith, departed from this life on October 1, 2025, in Pell City, Alabama. Born on April 14, 1972, in Montgomery, Alabama, Kathryn’s life was a portrait of kindness, friendly spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family and her faith.
Kathryn’s journey through life was marked by the deep bonds she shared with her brothers, whom she affectionately knew as ‘bubba’. She is survived by Charles (Jackie) Holley, Jr., Alan (Deborah) Holley, Brad (Lisa) Holley, and David (Denise) Holley, along with a bevy of nieces and nephews who were enamored with her gentle guidance and tenderhearted care.
Preceded in death by her parents, Charles R. Holley, Sr. and June Rice Holley, and her brother Edwin R. Holley, Kathryn’s legacy is one of familial affection and the gentle touch she left on everyone’s hearts. Her presence was a comfort to her family, and her life a vivid example of loving kindness.
Kathryn’s spirit was further exemplified by the constancy of her faith. She navigated life’s challenges with a grace born of her deeply held beliefs. Her Bible, a testament to her commitment, was a steadfast companion, and her faith in the Lord imbued her with a strength and serenity that was palpable to all who knew her.
The simple joys in life brought Kathryn happiness, whether it was being surrounded by her favorite light blue hues that reflected her serene nature or the way her eyes would light up in pleasant conversation. Her warmth was like a soft southern breeze, gentle and refreshing, touching the lives of those around her with affection and tenderness.
As we bid farewell to Kathryn Anne Holley, we take with us the memories of a life resplendently lived. Her legacy of love will continue to illuminate the paths of those she cherished.
