September 10, 1941 ~ September 20, 2025 (age 84)

Chaplain Kathryn Schuck, age 84, of Lanett, Alabama passed away on September 20th, 2025, at her residence. She was born on September 10th, 1941, in Panama City, Florida.

Kathryn is survived by her husband of 38 1/2 years, Pastor Joe Schuck; stepfather, Paul Stocker of Youngstown, FL; sister, Loretta Lunsford of Lynn Haven, FL; nephew, Craig Palmer; niece, Paige Raffield; great nephew, Braden Raffield; and great niece, Presley Raffield.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Smith and Flora Mae Stocker, and son, Mark Limbaugh.

Kathryn was a member of Faith Temple Family Worship Center. She was an Ordained Minister and an Ecclesiastical endorsed Clinical Chaplain. She worked at Princeton Hospital, Montclair Hospital, and East Alabama Medical Center. She brought Christ to drug addicts, alcoholics, and the homeless in Chambers County and New Orleans, Louisiana. She dedicated her life to serving God by serving others. She always brought a spark of light, love, and laughter wherever she went.

In her last days, Kathryn had three notable events, God told her he was on his way, she woke up one day and in her sight was surrounded by a group of people, Angels, praying over her, and she woke up one morning and stated that she had seen Heaven and had felt God’s love.

Services for Kathryn will be held at a later date.
