Post: Opelika Police Request Public Help to Identify Theft Suspects

Opelika Police are asking for public help identifying two men wanted for questioning in regard to a Wal-Mart theft. OPD says on Feb. 20, 2025 at about 3:30 p.m., two men went into Wal-Mart at 2900 Pepperell Parkway and broke the lock on the jewelry display. Authorities say approximately $5,000 worth of jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, and rings) was stolen from the jewelry display case.

     

 

One suspect was wearing a white hoodie, pink sweatpants and a black hat. The other suspect was seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, and a white and brown hat.

Crimestoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of these suspects.
